For so long I spent every waking hour comparing myself to the girl next to me.My abs were never as tight, my hair was never as perfect, and my skin was never as bright.I mostly fixated on outward appearance and thought everyone was judging me, but in reality, I was the one judging me.Self-comparison and self-love are two things that I continue work on every single day and it feels so good to heal from the inside out.
